Bold, daring, and innovative are three words often used to describe popular indie film house MUSE Productions. It’s no surprise that BRINK has scratched their creative itch for more than a decade now. We develop mixed-media campaigns, social media profiles and engage influencers in support of not only the MUSE brand, but a variety of their genre-busting independent films.
A killer campaign
Our pre-distribution campaign for The Killer Inside Me included a microsite for both English and Japanese audiences, a Facebook page for the lead character (played by actor Casey Affleck), and a collection of buzz-worthy movie posters. At the end of the promotional campaign, the film gained major distribution.
Making waves for Spring Breakers
Arguably the most discussed independent film of 2012 was the Harmony Korine flick Spring Breakers starring James Franco, Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens. Before the film even had distribution, BRINK was feeding the buzz machine via Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr campaigns and an official site for the movie.
On set photos, videos and posters received millions of impressions as they spread throughout entertainment industry blogs, celebrity fan sites and personal social media accounts.
