We’re excited to announce the launch of a new website for our friends at TeamPeople: teampeople.tv.
Their team reached out to BRINK looking for a refresh. TeamPeople has seen tremendous growth the last few years, and needed a digital presence that better reflected the nature of their professional media staffing and management services; inspired by “Your Why”, Simon Sinek’s Ted Talk, “people don’t buy what you do – they buy why you do it.”
First designed in Summer 2014, their website had a satisfactory look and feel but the redesign had been deemed necessary to accomplish new goals, including:
- Better Brand Storytelling, featuring more Video and Multimedia Content
- Improved Search Engine Optimization and Site Performance
- Focused User Experience Design, with intuitive Information Architecture and Ease in Navigation, to facilitate the User Journey to new Leads and Prospects
- Conversions: Submit application / Request information / Request quote
Visitors to the website are primarily creative and technical talent looking for job opportunities, or prospective clients searching for staffing needs/resources. Our plan for the new design was to translate brand messaging into a site that is…
Effective, Memorable, Simple and Responsive.
Our solution addressed these goals in a user-centric design process of rapid prototyping, including discovery workshops with stakeholders, multimedia content production (including both kinetic typographic animation and a video shoot in our DC social studio), a robust WordPress CMS foundation and seamless integrations with JobScience, Salesforce and Pardot software applications.
And the website launch coincides with TeamPeople being awarded Inavero’s Best of Staffing® Client Award – based on ratings scores for superior service quality.
We are proud to support an industry leader, and our friends, TeamPeople!
The website re-design presented an opportunity to refine our message, brighten the brand image and provide a seamless user experience. With BRINK’s collaboration and unmatched creativity, we’ve surpassed this vision.
