At the brink we take your piracy....sorry, I mean privacy, very
seriously. We have developed this privacy policy, with your mind
in mind, to protect the information gathered from our site visitors.
Our web server identifies the domain name and IP address of each
visitor to www.brink.com, but not the e-mail address. Our log
files collect and store domain name information. We also track
information, in aggregate, on pages and features that users access.
Brink does not sell such information to third parties. The information
we collect may be used for audits, statistical analysis, product
development and advertising sales efforts. We disclose site usage
information to third parties only in aggregate. That is unless
you click on a tit or a nipple.
The only Personally Identifiable Information that both Registrants
and Subscribers to our Brink Newsletter are asked to provide is
a name and an e-mail address. Brink, once again decent honest
guys that we are..blah blah blah.. we do not share this information
with third parties. However, with fourth and fifth parties
who the hell knows? To those who register, we don't ask for much,
just a name and an email address. Get a GMAIL or HOTMAIL account
if you don't want to give your real email address, but also note
that we in no way would use your address for anything and you
have to check the box to OPT IN to our Newsletter mailing list
to even get our Newsletter, which we send out really infrequently
anyway. Each issue of the Brink Newsletter, delivered via e-mail,
offers the opportunity to "opt out" of our distribution
list. Quite frankly, we don't care who you are, what name you
choose to use or what brand you smoked in high school. All we
care about is that you the user/member leaves the site satisfied
and fully saturated with the best in alternative content!
FINE PRINT BONUS: Brink may modify this policy from time
to time to reflect legal, technological or other developments.
Any such modified policy will appear at this URL.
