Artist Nathaniel Lieb's first completely self designed parade. The festival in Lacaze was called oddly enough Festival of Lacaze. It was a music and art festival organized by the town, Lacaze., under the umbrella organization "Chile con Valle". He has organized about twenty other artists in other events, such as floating sculpture shows in Brookville Park, Baisley Pond Park.
